About this event
This year's Code Climate Engineering Leadership Summit is going virtual. In lieu of our annual one-day conference, we're hosting a series of six remote fireside chats with some of the brightest minds in engineering leadership. Conversations will focus on ways senior engineering leaders can continue their own professional growth, while driving high performance in their organizations.
Each session will be followed by a Q&A and a topical discussion moderated by our sponsor, LaunchDarkly.
Join us, connect with other engineering leaders, and focus on achieving high performance for you and your team.
Our closing session is Thursday, 7/23, with Edith Harbaugh, CEO and Co-Founder of LaunchDarkly. We'll be talking to her about the value of Continuous Delivery — bring your questions!

The Engineering Leadership Summit: Virtual Edition is sponsored by LaunchDarkly. LaunchDarkly is the feature management platform developers and operations teams are using to eliminate risk from their software development cycles. As companies transition to a world built on software, there is an increasing requirement to move quickly, balanced with the desire to maintain control. Modern development teams use feature management as a best practice to separate code deployments from feature releases, so they can turn code on/off without having to redeploy. With LaunchDarkly, teams control their entire feature lifecycles from concept to launch to value.
Code Climate Velocity is an actionable Software Engineering Intelligence platform, helping leaders and teams at all levels maximize engineering impact with trusted insights—from capacity and delivery, to quality, culture, and costs.
