Sean Bittick Officer, C-UAS and Capability Development Innovation, Hybrid & Cyber Division @ NATOG
Sean Bittick is a C-UAS and Capability Development officer for the Innovation, Hybrid, & Cyber (IHC) Division at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. He contributes to the evolution of the Defence Against Terrorism Programme of Work (DAT POW) and its role within the IHC Division and serves as Secretary for the C-UAS Working Group (to include updating the Terms of Reference, Doctrine development, and the Programme of Work), and liaises with internal and external C-UAS stakeholders. His formational experiences derived from service in the United States Armed Forces at the Tactical, Operational, and Strategic levels within the Air Force’s Security Forces career field as well as service out of uniform with the Joint Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). Sean holds a Master of Arts Degree in European and Eurasian Studies from the George Washington University.

Pascal Sécretin Product line director in the Land and Air Systems Strategy department @ THALESG
A graduate of Saint Cyr and Centrale Supélec, Pascal Sécretin joined the Thales Group in 2012 after a career as a paratrooper officer marked by numerous operational engagements overseas, notably in Africa, former Yugoslavia and Afghanistan. Formerly in charge of bids for intelligence information systems, UAVs and Scorpion, he successfully led the capture of the French SMDR contract for frontline ISTAR mini UAVs. He is currently Imagers and Sensors product line director. He proposes and leads the strategy for the perception capabilities of soldiers and contact units: mini UAVs, optronics, perception system. Pascal Sécretin is a Knight of the Légion d’Honneur.

Andreas Graae Professor @ Royal Danish Defence CollegeG
Andreas I. Graae is Assistant Professor at the Royal Danish Defence College and holds a PhD from the University of Southern Denmark. His research focuses on emerging and disruptive technologies (EDT), in particular how artificial intelligence, drones, and autonomous systems change military organizations, cultures and battlefields. He is author of a number of publications on military technology and late modern warfare, including the book Drone Imaginaries: The Power of Remote Vision as well as chapters and articles on big data surveillance, politics of drone warfare, swarming and the future of robotic warfare
