Currently leading the loyalty product and operations team at Alshaya Group in Dubai, Joanna is deeply passionate about loyalty and is driven by data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences. She firmly believes in the potential of loyalty programs but recognizes the importance of tailoring strategies to suit unique business needs.
