About this webinar
This webinar will give you a unique insight in the Agfa-Gevaert (market leader in graphical products) business case focused on transforming its global financial processes.
AGFA’s main requirement was to implement one global e-invoicing standard, across its various business units and in over 40 countries, with the use of a flexible e-Invoicing platform. The solution had to meet an extensive list of demands, one of which was providing an easy-to-use customer portal for invoice delivery.
Providing a fully integrated suite of advanced e-invoicing services, the project helps AGFA send, receive, and archive both B2B & B2G invoices in the most cost-effective way. The suite itself has been implemented and integrated with three separate SAP systems.
During this session:
Peter Deelen (Finance Manager Europa at Agfa-Gevaert) will explain you how this project came about, and will share his insights on the main complexities and challenges throughout the entire process.
Nick Van den Berg (e-invoicing consultant at Comarch) will dive deeper into the crucial steps that are necessary for a successful delivery of the project, such as carefully identifying the technical specifications, and the legal framework and e-invoicing standards per country.
The webinar in short:
- Trends in Global e-invoicing
- e-Invoicing models: Clearance vs. Post-audit
