As the global Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Ping Identity, Kari works with extraordinary employees at every level to create a more inclusive culture that fosters a place of belonging for all. Kari also oversees Employee Resource Groups, formed of ‘Identians’ who provide community and mentoring to under-represented groups while also supporting our broader DE&I goals. Prior to Ping Identity, Kari worked in Human Resources at Mercer, Discover Financial Services, IBM, and Allstate Insurance.
