12:45 - 1:30 - Panel: From instincts to insights: Becoming a data-driven marketing leader
Marketing leaders now have a responsibility to evangelize data-driven and evidence-based practices for their brands. From keeping up to date with viral TikTok trends to real-time analytics that tie budget spend to business goals, data touches every part of the increasingly fragmented divisions of marketing. But, without the right guidance and governance, your latest data analytics solution becomes shelfware, and you waste your well-earned budget. The picture of your customer becomes clouded. Basing your strategy on an incomplete view, or worse still, instinct is now marketing suicide. Being data-driven is an ongoing process. It requires constant learning, testing, and adapting. Hear from marketing experts as we discuss what it takes to go from a data-less zero to a data-led hero:
