With 30 years of HR experience across private and PLC business environments, Dina is highly experienced in working across international workforces and building strong teams to deliver change. As Chief People Officer at Logicalis and Datatec, Dina is accountable for all aspects of the people operations strategy from board level down. Dina leads the key programs that contribute to the continuous evolution of the digital workplace, including the employee value proposition, global leadership framework and the global Workday platform for enterprise resource planning.
