The term quiet quitting has been gaining in popularity over recent months. Referring to when employees disengage from their work and focus solely on doing the bare minimum to maintain employment, the concept has engaged HR leaders everywhere.

Erin Mohideen, People and Culture Lead, Inspirant Group, is a performance-driven talent development professional with experience in diverse, multicultural settings. She has more than fifteen years of Talent Development, Human Resources and Change Management experience. A true “people person,” Erin oversees Inspirant Group’s human centric culture where all employees, both full time and 1099s, are treated equally. She recently worked on overhauling the company’s compensation model and helped introduce a new, divergent bonus structure which is based on living the company’s values - Have Integrity, Care About the Greater Good, and Get it Done. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Leadership,Change Management and International Business from DePaul University. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and three young children.
Adrián Campomanes is a senior product marketing manager with more than 14 years of experience in marketing and strategy and currently focuses on employee experience and engagement matters. Adrián believes that work should work for people and that organizations should have the right technology to make the employee experience great. Adrián has held similar positions in other multi-national companies such as Salesforce, Samsung and HP. Adrián holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Aberdeen in the UK.

In addition to holding degrees in Psychology and Human resources, Rishita is an accredited agile HR and agile leadership practitioner and a certified PROSCI change management practitioner.
