About this event

Personalized total rewards are critical to employee satisfaction. Total rewards- meaning the combination of rewards, benefits and compensation an employee receives- are becoming ever more important in both talent acquisition and retention.

What do employees need to feel happy, motivated and supported? By breaking down data silos, exploring individual needs and examining values, HR teams can make their total rewards programs both effective and motivational.

Hear from a panel of experts as they uncover a more deliberate way of creating a total rewards program that brings together both data science and personalization.

You’ll learn:

  • How to positively impact employee satisfaction and well being through total rewards personalization
  • Ways to scale your total rewards program
