Chris Knowles is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at RSM UK. He has more than 20 years’ experience as an IT consultant, is a chartered management accountant, and sits on RSM UK’s National Leadership Team. Chris started out in IT consulting in 1997, and joined RSM in 2012 to build and lead its technology and management consulting practice. In June 2020 Chris was appointed to the newly-created role of CDO and became a member of the National Leadership Team.
As a recognised expert in the payments industry, Tom is the strategic lead in Modulr's commitment to supercharge payments automation for Accountants and their clients. Through his work with Accountancy practices and technology vendors Tom is leading the conversation on digital transformation in the industry.
As Head of Digital Transformation at Moore Kingston Smith, Becky Shields leads the firm's digital transformation strategy. Her expertise lies in leveraging technology to streamline processes, access key information, and drive strategic innovation. With extensive experience advising diverse businesses, Becky tailors her support based on the individual aspirations of the organisations she works with. She is Chair of the ICAEW Technology Committee and a member of the Technology Faculty Board. Through her role in Moore Kingston Smith's IT Strategy Group, she enhances service quality and efficiency through AI and digital advancements.
Ben has over 12 years of experience as an accountant and in 2022 finished 7th in the Accountancy Age 35 under 35. He works closely with SME businesses and specialises within the technology, property and start-up sectors, advising innovative clients on R&D, EIS, EMI, business plans, cash flow forecasting and cash management. He covers a wide range of clients, from sole traders up to corporate groups with multi-million-pound turnovers, all of whom trust him to provide meaningful and practical tax planning and business advice.
