- Rogier Vanhorick is a Partner at Deloitte and serves as the Global Indirect Tax Digital Leader and Dutch Tax Technology Media and Telecommunication Leader. With over 26 years of experience in Indirect Tax, Rogier is a member of the Global Indirect Tax and Digital Tax executive committees, reporting directly to the Deloitte Global Tax board. He specializes in international VAT and Indirect Tax technology issues, and has advised major technology and platform companies, banks and fintech, and multinational companies in other areas. Rogier is also a lecturer at the University of Rotterdam and the University of Amsterdam, and has worked with policy makers and lobby organizations to draft new legislation in particular areas.
