VUCA-Ready Organizations: The Role of HR Leaders and Leadership

About this event

In the past years the business world has embraced the term VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) to describe our new normal as we face constant change and wonder what is going to happen next. To thrive in this environment, HR leaders must be equipped with the tools and strategies to create capacity for growth and agility in their organisations.

From rapidly changing markets and technology, to increasing complexities of global business operations and regulations, Human Resource leaders need to be ready to support their organisation in the best way possible by developing communication plans, agile business structures, and comprehensive leadership training.

Join this exclusive Warwick Business School and HRD Connect webinar, as we:

  • Discuss strategies for building capacity for growth and agility in the face of VUCA
  • Talk about how you can create a healthy and sustainable organisation culture that supports growth and agility
  • Look at the role of leadership in creating a VUCA-ready organisation
