With over 35 years of working with businesses, coupled with a strong academic background in organisational psychology, Lynda brings significant experience and skill to the work she delivers. Her corporate experience includes Board level executive roles in organisations such as the Hard Rock Café and Wyndham International (Hotels). For the past 15 years, Lynda has worked as a consultant in Australia and Asia in both the public and private sectors, assisting organisations to enhance the people aspects of their operations. Lynda is leading the way with her research and developmental strategies in Leadership and Resilience.
Amy is responsible for all aspects of People & Culture across EMEA. She brings demonstrated experience of working in private and commercial sectors and has significant experience in Coaching, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development, Culture Change, and Stakeholder Management.
Dimitrios is the keynote speaker for this session. At Warwick Business School, Dimitrios is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Innovation and studies healthcare systems and organisations. He has taught leadership and leadership development around the globe including UK, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, South Africa, Malaysia and Hong Kong. At WBS, Dimitrios is the Programme Director of the Executive MBA and the Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Change. Dimitrios' core research interests are Leadership and Innovation. His research has been published in leading academic journals including Organization Studies, Public Administration and Human Relations and is the lead editor of a 2016 Special Issue on Translational Research on the International Journal of Management Review.
Amanda is an award-winning, multilingual employment lawyer and HR Director with a passion for great employee experience and culture. She takes a progressive, commercial and hands on approach to her work, is results-focused and loves working in fast-paced environments. She is a frequent media commentator on employment rights, appearing on TV news channels across the world such as ITV, GB News, This Morning, China Global and Deutsche Welle. Amanda writes for several well known media outlets including The Times, Daily Mail, Daily Express, Stylist and industry publications. Amanda is also Spencer West’s HR and Wellbeing Director.
