Agile has been around for 20 years. The ideological agile has been always been built from the team perspective. Most organizations are not start-ups, but grown-ups. Grown-ups can benefit from agility, many times more than start-ups. However, they need a different approach for agility. There may be many reasons such as business continuation commitments, years of experience encoded into company processes, and the need to co-exist with other parts of the company that prefer traditional ways.
In this webinar, Naganna Vydyula and Henri Hämäläinen will discuss how grown-up companies should approach agility.
