Webinar: How can the rail sector further its potential to be a catalyst for positive change in communities?
When: 29 April 2021, 1pm
How do projects think in a smart way to unlock the potential that rail projects bring? And how can projects maximise the catalysing opportunity to bring benefits which extend beyond their immediate remit?
The Government’s Green Book changes means investment now needs to consider socio-economic benefit, not just benefit cost ratio. Major capital investment schemes, including rail bring about a range of benefits. Many are measurable but intangible to the communities where they are hosted. But there are also broader benefits which play a key role in shaping the perception of projects which are meaningful to communities.
Considering these opportunities, Copper brings an expert panel to discuss approaches and ideas which can maximise benefits in environment, social and economic terms and highlight case studies.
