Corndel invites you to their event

Developing skills to lead in a changing environment within the NHS

About this event

Great change leaders focus on people and processes. Soft skills, such as empathy, compassion, and authenticity are essential if a leader is to successfully lead during periods of change. While some things in the NHS remain constant, the Service must also adapt to regular change, such as changes in organisational structures and new skills staff need to be successful within these.

Corndel and Imperial Business School have worked together to develop an Executive Development Programme for the NHS, which a number of senior staff from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust have been taking part in since early in 2022. This webinar will be an opportunity to hear from some of the leaders within ICHT about what they see as the main skills needed now and in the coming years, and how ICHT are addressing this need.
