Prior to becoming the Associate Dean for Enrollment Management at The Juilliard School, Kathleen was the Associate Dean at the Colburn School Conservatory of Music and Director of Admissions at the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester. She has a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California and she has performed professionally in orchestras, chamber ensembles and solo recitals in the US, throughout South America and in Italy.
