Critical Insight is rolling out a rapid SOC evolution and a new risk and compliance platform that will bring our customers the best security capabilities available on the market today.
We want to tell you about the changes that will roll out over the next 2 quarters. The evolution of Critical Insight will provide a greatly enriched user experience for our customers that allows them to search their own data and use dashboards and customized views to provide real-time views into alerts, investigations, and the entire MITRE ATT@CK Framework attack chain and timeline.
As a true Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) service provider, we now offer integrations with virtually all leading security technologies with native alerting or logging capabilities. Our detection engines span AI/ML UEBA, NDR, Phishing analysis, and more providing high fidelity alerting and our SOAR capabilities provide analysts with fully enriched cases ready for rapid analysis and, if necessary, response.
Additionally, our customers will have access to a leading Cyber Risk and Compliance platform at no additional cost. In the webinar, we will show you how it works, how to use it, and when on-boarding will begin.
