When Tom started his first City IT job, at the London Stock Exchange in the 1980s, a colleague threatened him with lynching at the end of his first week. A lot has changed since then. Decades later, Tom has navigated the corporate and start-up tech world to become a successful tech entrepreneur, CIO of a bank, Board member of some of Britain’s leading organisations and a fellow of two Oxford Colleges.
