Presenting and Communicating FP&A Business Results and Analysis

About this event

One of the greatest areas requiring improvement in FP&A is the ability to communicate and deliver the findings of our analytical work. Great analytical work will be wasted if not effectively communicated to those that need to receive, understand and act on it.

In this webinar, we will discuss overcoming major barriers to effective communication, including the accounting mindset and financial illiteracy. We will also present best practices in effective communication, including, knowing your audience, developing a messaging strategy, data visualization and improving your presentation skills.
