Relevant KPI’s and Dashboards in FP&A

About this event

Most organizations are utilizing KPI’s and Dashboards as part of their Performance Management System. Many organizations have adopted KPI’s without developing an overall framework to ensure that the KPI’s that are used are the most appropriate ones for their business and situation. This often results in the use of too many measures and a focus on areas that are not of critical performance. Organizations should be thoughtful and deliberate about selecting KPI’s; selecting the wrong ones can actually harm an organization.

In this webinar we will discuss the objectives of performance management, developing a context for performance management, measuring and driving what’s important, selecting and balancing KPI’s and developing effective dashboards.
