Mark A. Anderson brings over 40 years of investigative and training experience, helping professionals ask better questions—and get better answers. As Director of Training and Development at Anderson Investigative Associates, he leads a firm delivering customized, practical programs for audit, evaluation, investigation, and HR professionals across sectors, including the FBI, USDA, Department of Labor, and major school districts in New York and Los Angeles. A retired Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Justice OIG, Mark also served with the FBI, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and as Deputy Inspector General for New York State. He directed the Advanced Interviewing and Interviewing for Fraud Auditors programs at the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy and taught with FLETC’s Behavioral Science Division. His science-based interviewing methods build rapport, foster cooperation, and enhance information quality.
