Deborah “Deb” Garcia is the Chief Development Officer for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF USA). Doctors Without Borders is the world’s leading independent medical relief organization and is entirely privately funded. She leads a growing team of over 100 staff responsible for all individual (mass, mid-level, major, principal, and legacy giving) and institutional (corporations and foundations) donor engagement, generating over $750M in revenue annually. Deb earned her Bachelors degree in Engineering from University of Waterloo and Masters of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. She holds a Certified Fund Raising Executive designation. Deb has been recognized as Chief’s inaugural New Era of Leadership 2024 Award, which honors executive women and companies shaping the future of business.
In her role leading communications, analytics, and strategic planning, Elaine focuses on building awareness of the benefits of strategic philanthropy and improving donors’ giving experiences. Elaine earned her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and master’s in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation.
Tiffany Wollin is Senior Director of Individual Giving & Strategic Philanthropy for MSF-USA. She raises $400M+ annually leading an audience strategy and engagement team responsible for acquisition through midlevel, along with strategic philanthropy: donor-advised fund giving, third-party aggregators, workplace giving, and future innovations. Tiffany joined MSF in 2017 and built their award-winning midlevel giving program, and spearheaded their donor-advised fund giving strategy. Tiffany brings a unique blend of experience in non-profit, international training, and global IT sales. Her diverse background laid solid foundation for connecting with stakeholders, identifying needs and developing impactful programs with measurable results. A graduate of Emory University, she currently serves as an Emory Ambassador and sits on the taskforce for their digital day of giving.
