    Ros Malone Records and Archives Co-ordinator @ Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School

    Ros Malone has for the last 8 years worked as the Archivist and later Records and Archives Co-ordinator at the Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School – Australia’s first co-educational day and boarding school when Founded in 1972 – in the Southwest of WA. Ros has a BA (LCIM) from Curtin University and a background in administration, both School and Public library environments, and is an ASA Accredited Professional (ASAAP). With workplace practice and professional writing and speaking on records retention and archives, including in the wake of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and the subsequent legislative and regulatory changes for organisations, Ros has also been the motivator of a successful implementation of the RRDS2. Ros has a long-term research-based interest in the digital environment for records and archives, and has worked for more than 8 years creating content for online training in this environment.

    Luisa Moscato Archivist @ Melbourne Grammar School

    Luisa Moscato has been a school archivist working various schools since 2003; she has been the Archivist at Melbourne Grammar School since 2013. She has previously worked in the University of Melbourne Records Services Department, State Archives of NSW as the Senior Electronic Records Officer, and the National Archives of Australia as an Assistant Director, Melbourne Office. Luisa has been a member of the ASA since 1990 and a Professional Member since 1996. She is a former convenor of the Electronic Records SIG; re-established the Victorian School Archives SIG in 2006 and was its inaugural convenor; and a contributor to the Records Retention and Disposal Schedule for Non-Government Schools Working Group 2017-2018. Currently she is a member of the IT-021-17 group drafting the Australian Standards ISO 15489.1: 2017 Records Management Compliance Handbook.

    Joanne Evans Associate Professor @ Monash University

    Associate Professor Evans is an archival and recordkeeping researcher and educator in the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University. She is currently the lead of the Digital Transformation group in the Department of Human Centred Computing. Her Recordkeeping and the Rights of the Child Research Program seeks to address the lifelong identity, memory and accountability needs of childhood out of home care. This involves the exploration of participatory design and research strategies to develop dynamic evidence and memory management frameworks, processes and systems supportive of multiple rights in records and recordkeeping.

    Anita Grzeszkiewicz Records and Information Governance Officer @ Australian Catholic Bishops Conference

    Anita Grzeszkiewicz is a senior records and information governance professional with more than 26 years’ experience across records management, information governance, and archives. Her career spans local, state, and federal government, as well as the private and not for profit sectors, providing her with a broad and practical perspective on information stewardship in complex organisational environments. Anita is currently the Records and Information Governance Officer for the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference, a role she has held for almost eight years. In this position, she provides specialist advice and oversight on records management, governance frameworks, and archival practices, supporting organisational accountability, compliance, and best practice information management.
