About this webinar
Delmic continues the brand-new series of webinars "Cathodoluminescence fundamentals" with the 2nd session. Over the course of 2020 two cathodoluminescence (CL) specialists, Toon Coenen and Sangeetha Hari, explain how CL imaging works. Whether you are just learning about CL or are already familiar with the technique, these webinars are a great way to stay updated about the most recent developments, research and possibilities of this technique.
The basics of CL are presented and discussed during the six webinars, which focus on CL processes, imaging conditions for CL, sample preparation for CL imaging and the new directions for using CL imaging, including correlative CL light and electron microscopy. Now we are thrilled to bring you the second session, which is dedicated to imaging conditions for cathodoluminescence.
In this webinar we'll introduce the effect of the SEM parameters on generating CL, and describe how to set up imaging conditions to obtain high quality CL intensity maps and spectra from a range of materials.
If you would like to register for the whole series, please fill in the form on our website. You will then receive an access link for each webinar session once it is available. If you have already registered for the whole series, you will automatically receive the access link.
