Designlab invites you to their event

Chat, Workflow, or Agent? Finding the Right AI Approach for Your Work

About this event

As AI tools become more capable, the challenge is no longer just writing a better prompt. It’s figuring out what kind of work AI should help with, how repeatable that work is, and how much autonomy actually makes sense.

In this practical session for professionals across a range of functions, you’ll learn a simple framework for deciding when to use AI as a chat tool, when to turn a task into a repeatable workflow, and when an agent may be the right fit. Through a live example, you’ll see how the same piece of work changes at each level of delegation, including where human judgment and review still matter.
