Paths to Design Leadership

This talk explores the different ways a designer might grow in their career via their craft, team, and strategy. Our speaker Hang will give concrete examples of job roles, activities, impact, and examples of profiles. She will also give insights into how the audience might carve their own path to leadership at their current company by assessing design maturity, building support, and executing strategy.

This talk is hosted by Hang Le. Hang is a Design leader with extensive experience in B2B software. She's led teams at Dropbox, Earnin, and is currently Head of Design at Eppo. She cares about making people's lives at work easier so that they can spend more time at home, and bringing diverse perspectives to design discourse.
