About this event
AI can produce polished work quickly, but getting it to work the way you would is harder.
In this practical session for professionals across a range of functions, Matt Schneider will show how to make the judgment you bring to your work more explicit so AI can use it. Through examples across different kinds of knowledge work, you’ll learn techniques for turning your reactions, preferences, and decision-making into reusable guidance for tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
You’ll leave with practical ways to get better first passes from AI and build more reliable workflows, skills, and agents over time. The session is designed to be broadly applicable across roles, not just for designers. Can't make the session? Register anyway and we'll send you a recording of the event afterwards.
