Aurélie is a senior analyst in Forrester’s financial services practice. Her research concentrates on the impact of technology on customer behaviors and expectations and financial firms’ business models. Aurélie helps financial services executives develop and execute on strategy, deliver superior customer experiences, and digitally accelerate their business. Elin Helander - Chief Science Officer at Dreams
Elin has a Msc in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and a Bachelor in Psychology. She has 4 years of experience working with research at Karolinska Institutet and at the foundation Cognition Matters and Dreams. In her role as Chief Scientific Officer at Dreams she has developed a scientific method that leverages the latest insights from cognitive and behavioral science in the context of a digital banking application to increase the engagement and financial wellbeing of banking customers.
