Winding resistance measurement is one of the most commonly performed and standardized tests on all transformer types, which is performed both in the factory and in the field. With this test, we check the electrical parts of the transformer (windings, welding joints, tap changer connections, etc.). Dissolved gas analysis is the single most comprehensive asset condition assessment and management tool for an oil-filled power transformer.
