    Emma Humphris Senior People Scientist EMEA @ Culture Amp

    Prior to joining Culture Amp, Emma worked in the field of neurodiversity, providing specialist services to employees and employers across a range of sectors. This included delivering diagnostic, screening and workplace assessments, in addition to coaching and awareness sessions to facilitate a more inclusive workplace environment. As part of her role, she delivered presentations at multiple events and conferences, including the Health and Wellbeing at Work conference. Emma completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology at the University of the West of England. In 2024, she qualified as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Emma’s main areas of interest include employee wellbeing, neurodiversity and employee engagement.
