Prior to joining Culture Amp, Eliza worked in both internal and consulting roles in the people advisory space. Beginning her career in management consulting, she supported government clients to deliver targeted people initiatives across large workforces, with a specific focus on performance appraisal systems and cultures. Eliza also has experience working as a People Experience Manager in-house at a fintech company, scaling at pace. This work included designing and driving a high-performance culture across diverse employee groups, and implementing people initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment. She completed her BA in Psychology at the Australian National University (ANU) with a particular interest in behavioural science and social psychology. Her main areas of interest include performance management systems, high-performance cultures, behavioural change and wellbeing
