Claire has over 20 years experience in the retail and human resources sector and has worked at Autism Unlimited for the last 9 years where she manages the Training and HR Education Provision teams. Claire was diagnosed with dyslexia at 30 years old and is happy to share her experiences and challenges as a neurodivergent employee in the workplace. Through reasonable adjustments, she has been able to thrive in her role and support fellow neurodivergent employees to ensure they have the tools and strategies to be productive and an asset to their teams.
