Richard has 11 years’ of experience in the inspection business for the oil and gas industry. His expertise focuses on flat bottom tanks, coiled tubing and piping inspection tools.
Cesar Espinoza is a Principal Engineer at Rosen USA. He is a Materials and Corrosion engineer and specializes in risk, asset integrity, and inspection planning within the oil and gas industry. Cesar has been in the industry for 16 years and has worked with a wide range of domestic & international operators to develop the latest generation of integrity management software systems and integrity management processes, such as inspection, assessments, risk modeling and maintenance planning.
