    Greg has had a distinguished career working in project management, technology strategy, program delivery, relationship management, information management and policy governance in both the public and private sectors. Greg is Director, Ethics & Conduct in BMO’s global Ethics & Conduct Office where he leads the Analytics, Insights and Reporting team. During his time with BMO, Greg has worked in the areas of compliance, procurement, technology governance and risk management. Prior to joining BMO, Greg was Executive Assistant to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario and Head of Communications & Technology Services.     Steve is responsible for implementing all aspects of the Lockheed Martin Corporation’s ethics program in countries of operation outside of the USA; an appointment held since 2015. Based in the UK and operating with a small international team, the role includes providing ethics guidance, training of both employees and third parties as well as leading internal investigations. Steve has personal responsibility for the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). An engineer by background, Steve commenced his professional career as a Flight Test Engineer. He has been with Lockheed Martin since 2001. Prior to his current ethics role, Steve worked in a range of Supply Chain and Program Management roles.     Valerie Haliburton joined Colgate in 2000 and currently serves as Vice President, Ethics & Compliance at the corporate headquarters in New York. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies that reinforce our Company’s ethical culture, fosters personal leadership & accountability and promote ethics & compliance throughout the organization. Previously, Valerie was based in the United Kingdom as Director of Human Resources for Colgate’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition division. Prior to this, she was the Director of Human Resources for Hill’s U.S. Sales in Topeka, Kansas. And, additionally has served in various Human Resources roles throughout the U.S. with Colgate. Prior to joining Colgate, Valerie had a successful career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in various Human Resources positions of increasing responsibility. Valerie is a native Texan who grew up in Waco, Texas and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
