About this event
The U.S. Department of Justice has announced revisions to its corporate criminal enforcement policies, which are summarized in a new memorandum issued by Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Lisa Monaco. The DAG announced the new policies at an event hosted by the NYU Program on Corporate Compliance & Enforcement on September 15, 2022.
The changes to the DOJ’s enforcement practices reflect recommendations offered by the Department’s internal Corporate Crime Advisory Group, which has been evaluating the DOJ’s enforcement priorities since last October.
