eConsult Product update - March 2022

About this event

Your feedback is helping us prioritise what new features we develop and how we improve eConsult to better suit your needs and those of your patients.

We're working on a range of innovative product updates to improve the experience for patients, admins and clinicians. With over 1 million eConsults now submitted per month, we are focusing on smarter ways to service the growing demand, while reducing the extra work it puts on the practices and elevating clinical safety.

Recently released:

  • De-emphasising General Advice prominence / Other advice
  • 1000 character SMS
  • S1 toolbar interop
  • New paediatric templates
  • New toolbar onboarding experience
  • NHS Inform content in Healthinote

Coming:

  • Proxy access
  • Capping
  • Pharmacy highlight
  • QOF toggle
