eConsult Product update - September 2022

It’s the end of summer but we’ve been working hard through the heat to keep bringing you the features that make a difference to your day!

Make sure you join us to hear about the big changes available or soon to be ready for you to use.

We’ve not only been improving our Smart Inbox, getting it into users’ hands and getting it ready for interoperability and coding, but we’ve been also working on bringing you real value add features like eConsult Lite. It’s not the same eConsult Lite you have now, but one that goes into your Smart Inbox queue, to be triaged alongside patient-submitted requests. Plus, it’s much easier for your admin or receptionist to use!

In the webinar, we’ll take you on a tour of our upcoming patient experience redesign and talk about the conversations we’ve been having with clinical users and patients about our urgent warnings, and how we might be able to make improvements.

Last but definitely not least, we’ll be talking about all the features that your practice can customise to tailor eConsult to your needs - now and in the future.
