This session will be around how we can support your team with access and capacity with eConsult including:

  • Reducing the need for unnecessary app need for F2F appointments as many requests can be closed remotely
  • Show how to remotely close an eConsult including using two way messages via email or SMS
  • Patients are signposted to pharmacy and local services, reducing demand to the practice
  • Total triage helps ensure equal access to patient
  • Using eConsult lite to support patients who can't submit an eConsult
  • Using the management tools within the Smart Inbox
