Tom Jeffrey, Creative Director & Co-Founder, Wave

With 14 years of Retail and E-Commerce experience, Tom feels very fortunate to consolidate all his passions into being a Creative Director and co-founder of Wave. He is passionate and motivated, constantly pushing the limits for growth and brand building, and would not be able to do it without his fantastic team. He and his team specialise in online, branding, sourcing, and distribution, enabling them to deliver a beautiful product at an affordable price. Previous to Wave, Tom worked as an e-commerce director for JulesB for 10 years, growing turnover over from 200k annually to 12 million online.
