About Inge
Inge De Clippeleer is Associate Professor in Organisational Behavior at EDHEC Business School. She teaches courses such as leadership, effective teams, self-management, and career management to master, MBA, and corporate audiences, and runs the Lead360 & Transform360 programmes in EDHEC’s Global MBA & Executive MBA. She is a passionate coach and performs research on the topic of job crafting and team crafting: how individuals and teams are able to design their jobs to fit their strengths and talents.
