Educa invites you to their event

How To Document Learning In ECE, by Kelly Goodsir

About this event

Documentation of learning is one of the most complicated and time-consuming duties for any educator in early childhood. Most regard it as a necessary task -- a pain, not a pleasure.

But does documentation have be that way? Is there an upside, a source of satisfaction and nourishment in recording the learning?

Kelly Goodsir will offer her insights into how, when kept simple, a clear planning cycle can make documentation satisfying and be used to make the magic in every day visible. Building on narrative assessment Kelly will weave examples of group and individual documentation that demonstrate variety and individual approaches.
