Following up on her extremely well-received webinars on the guidance approach to children's behaviour, Jayne Mallin from New Zealand will now look at how to put guidance into your daily program and to be ready for those tricky moments. 

She will unpack the language we use with children. And how we can adjust our programs to cater for the different stages of socio-emotional development of our children.
