Learning Stories in Educa: An Educa Training

About this event

This workshop is for new Educa users. It's a primer on Learning Stories and how to create, share and print visually compelling stories in Educa.

Using Learning Stories for assessment or as evidence for assessment helps educators communicate regularly and in some depth with families about their child's learning. They keep their focus on each child's unique journey. The process makes learning and teaching visible, enabling authentic collaboration with families on a regular basis.

In this Educa Workshop we will cover:

  • The Learning Story approach.
  • Writing a Learning Story - desktop and web app.
  • Printing a Learning Story.
  • Copy story and group stories.
  • Tips on writing stories that will be read.
  • What families will see on the Educa Touch app.
  • Communicating the value of Learning Stories to families.

There will be a chance to ask questions at the end of the workshop.

If you are unable to make the live webinar, no problem! Register anyway. All registrants will receive a recording after the event.
