Wendy Lee & Margaret Carr Answer Questions - Learning Stories in Practice

About this event

This is the last in our series of 10 webinars in 2020 inspired by Wendy Lee's new book, co-written with Margaret Carr, called Learning Stories in Practice.

This webinar will be hosted by both co-authors, Wendy Lee and Margaret Carr.

This will be a free-flowing discussion on learning stories and the book, with our two hosts answering questions submitted by attendees of prior webinars and by live attendees.

If you have questions you want to ask the two people most responsible for the learning stories movement, this is a must-attend webinar!

About The Book

The seminal work on Learning Stories by Professor Margaret Carr and Wendy Lee was first published by SAGE in 2001. That widely acclaimed approach to assessment has since gained a huge international following.

Wendy's new book, "Learning Stories in Practice," features a variety of examples of real-life learning stories from around the world. It provides clear, practical advice on how to initiate and create learning stories and why they are valuable. The authors show readers how to write stories that capture the excitement of each young child’s journey through the early years and how to develop a deep professional understanding of the learning that takes place during this time in their lives. You can buy the book here.
