Learning Stories & Teacher Inquiry Groups - SALSA Presents

About this event

Reimagining Teaching and Assessment in Early Childhood Education in North America

Please join Dr. Annie White and her co-authors, Isauro M. Escamilla, Dr. Linda Kroll and Dr. Daniel Meier in a discussion on the new book, published by NAEYC and due for release around June, 2021.

The book will be a practical text on how ECE practitioners can:

  • Establish teacher inquiry and reflection groups
  • Use Learning Stories in their assessment

This is the first in a series of webinars scheduled for 2021 that will review the book, chapter by chapter, hosted by one of the authors. In this first webinar, the group will review the book and talk about the current state of teaching and assessment in ECE and why they felt this book needed to be written.

The book can be pre-ordered on Amazon here.

SALSA is a non-profit Learning Story advocacy group. Learn more and/or join SALSA here.
