Meaningful Teacher Reflections and Mentoring Moments: An Educa Customer Workshop

This workshop is for Educa customers wanting to make the most of the teacher mentoring and professional development tools in Educa.

Staying on top of your professional development ensures you are providing the best teaching for children in your care. Through Educa, you can easily store and record reflections on your professional development, observations and inquiries. You can then allocate set mentors to help support you through this process, creating a portfolio that is private to you and can be transferred if you move centres.

In this Educa Workshop we will cover:

• Reflecting on your Professional Development.
• Collecting evidence that supports your learning and reflections.
• Tracking your development against teaching criteria and goals.
• Mentor supported learning through Story Approval.
• Preparedness for teacher registration and inspections.

There will be a chance to ask questions at the end of the workshop.
