Ten Forms of Positivity to Boost Energy in Challenging Times

About this event

By Susan MacDonald, leadership consultant, change agent and founder of Inspiring Perspectives

During this time of unprecedented stress, it is essential to explore new ways to raise our energy levels. This webinar explores "Appreciative Inquiry" and the current positive psychology research to inspire participants as they develop strengths-based strategies for living and working in uncertainty.

Susan will explore how these ten forms of positivity can increase resilience in teachers, children, families and school leaders:

  • Joy
  • Inspiration
  • Gratitude
  • Serenity
  • Interest
  • Hope
  • Pride
  • Amusement
  • Awe
  • Love

The vital importance of modeling positivity in daily actions and interactions will be a key focus of our interactive work together.

Participants will be guided in the development of a clear vision and an action plan that they can use to support their early childhood community through this time challenging time. A well-researched resource list, including books, articles, videos, and podcasts, will be shared to help participants facilitate their ongoing learning and professional development.
