Resilience at Home Through Self-Care - For Teachers

About this event

This a stressful time for teachers, many of whom find themselves at home, separated from their children, their families and from their peers. This is particularly hard for educators who tend to be social, "people people." They typically thrive on personal interaction.

Leadership consultant and author, Cassandra O'Neill, will share her thoughts on self-care in these trying times. What can teachers do to be more self-aware, to understand and be attentive to their own needs.

Cassandra will explain how to increase resilience through self awareness, self-compassion, and self-care. She will include tangible ideas to increase your well-being and effectiveness as a teacher and administrator - at home and when you are back in the center.
