Blair Hickey is currently focusing on a C4 edge project and upcoming Australian Defence projects with elements of tactical communication integration. He was in the Australian Defence Force for over a decade as reconnaissance in a parachute battalion and then as an operator within Special Forces.
Mark Stone, currently a C4ISR team member at Federal Resources working on Business Development and tactical communications integration projects. Mark was a special forces communicator for 25 years and has extensive tactical communications experience across the state/local, FedGov, and DoD sector.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in France, Elistair develops tethered drones and powered tethering stations for third-party drones, turning small multi-rotor vehicles into airborne platforms for persistent surveillance and high-speed telecommunications.
