Webinar @ EMAG: Gentle Production of Perfect Inner Profiles

Complex inner profiles or internal toothing can be manufactured efficiently using electrochemical metal working (ECM). In our webinar on November 8, 2022, we will show you how to manufacture complex shapes, such as hexalobular sockets, hexagons, polygons or internal toothing with special shapes and helical geometries using ECM. All of this, of course, with high-strength alloys, such as Inconel, and already hardened steel. Material is removed from inside the component without any thermal damage. Depending on the machine concept as well as the individual production requirements, two, four, six or even more components can be machined in parallel. We will show you practical examples in our webinar and give you an insight into the process and the achievable quality.
